Tara Schmitt, Head of School
Tara joined CMSAA in the fall of 2007 and initially focused on building the school’s development program.  In 2008, she moved into the role of Assistant Head of School and took on Head of School duties in 2010.  Tara has a B.A. in Philosophy from Xavier Univerity.  Last summer she completed the North American Montessori Teacher’s Association "Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies," a five-week course of study in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jenna Foley, Finance
Jenna holds a B.A. from University of Michigan and an MBA from Eastern Michigan.  She brings to CMSAA a tremendous depth of financial and human resources experience from both Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Manpower.

Janet Bilotto, Bambino and Aftercare
Janet has a wealth of aftercare and childcare expereince.  She has worked for both public and Montessori schools in their aftercare and summer camp programs and has worked as a Nanny to children from those programs.  Miss Janet loves the outdoors and is always quick to join the children in their playtime.
